ASP Opportunity Attracts Netscape Alumni Technology Leaders

SEATTLE, WA and VANCOUVER, BC, June 26, 2000 - Milinx Business Group, Inc. (OTCBB: MIXBA), a leading application service provider (ASP), announces that it is acquiring the management and product-development talents of three significant individuals, ASP Opportunity Attracts talent from iPlanet E-Commerce Solutions, an alliance of Sun Microsystems and Netscape Communications.

The first alumni was the Regional Business Manager for iPlanet, helping Fortune 2000 and well-funded start-up firms grow by leveraging the Internet. He has worked with NCR, AT&T;, and Rogers Network Services (now part of AT&T;). His specialty is addressing the needs of business through the enabling of innovative technology solutions and building markets for technology-oriented companies. He said, "Maynard Dokken's vision of Milinx renting software to increase business productivity and profitability has a huge potential. I seized the opportunity to get in near ground zero in an industry with revenue predicted to be in the hundreds of billions of dollars."

Chief Technology Officer, will be instrumental in acquiring and developing technologies that will move Milinx to the next stage of becoming a key player in the ASP industry. Mr. Glennon spent the last three years as a Director of Systems Engineering for the Sun-Netscape Alliance, specializing in software infrastructure and electronic commerce strategies for large corporations and service providers. He was also a senior e-commerce solution architect. Before that, was VP of Technology and Operations for e>Connect, where he designed and created implementation strategy for a fiber-optic network in the US and Canada. His other software and service provider work includes Banyan Systems, and BC Telecom.

Vice President of Emerging Technologies will report to the CTO and work closely with the Senior Vice-President of Information Technology. He will provide pre-sales support, matching technology with customer requirements. He will also assist in deploying technologies and systems. He spent 18 months as a System Engineer for the Sun-Netscape alliance. He was involved with selling and implementing iPlanet e-commerce products and services with telecommunications companies, Internet Service Providers and ASPs. He has extensive knowledge of client-server systems.
