Milinx Strategic MetaSoft Meta Database Services Acquisition: Big Online Systems Corp. and Bigdatabase Corp. (MetaSoft)

Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC, November 16, 2000 — Milinx Business Group, Inc. (OTCBB: MIXBA) Strategic MetaSoft Meta Database Services Acquisition. The company has signed an agreement to acquire a highly profitable company that, like Milinx, delivers services to subscribers via the Internet. Milinx will buy Big Online Systems Corp., a funding information company with current earnings equal to more than 30 percent of its cash flow. Milinx intends to expand Big Online into the Application Service Provider (ASP) space and leverage the company to provide new sales channels for Milinx ASP business software.

Milinx is currently completing its hosted operating system with miNETWORK, a network configuration wizard and administration control; miDRIVE for data storage and permission levels; and miWEBVOICE communications over IP.
